Natural abilities:
Like all Yongs, Seung is able to fly, manipulate and turn into water, affect the weather around him and hypnotize with dance and noises – the last ability means that his humming also has a relaxing effect on others and himself.
Skills/Powers:
Ink bending ~ During his studies of han-geul, Seung came across the art of ink bending. It is a sub-category to water bending, and requires that you master this element. He who knows how to ink bend is able to control ink and sheets of paper that has been written on by the bender himself.
Factors that affects ink bending:
The amount of letters ~ The more letters, the better bending.
How perfect they have been written ~ The easier they are to read, the better bending.
The wording, depending on the paper’s purpose ~ The better grammar, vocabulary, and understanding of the paper’s message as a whole, the better bending.
Personal information
Personality:
Seung is a gentle giant with a big heart and a fresh sense of humour. One can talk him into a lot of things since he has a hard time saying no, especially to friends – though he is not naïve, so do not try to make him do bad things, that will end up with him giving you a lecture on how to behave, and how this and that is not a good idea.
If you happen to encounter him in the middle of his work, he might look down at you with an intimidating frown, but that is rather quickly replaced with a friendly smile – the grimace is merely a sign of deep concentration.
He is, however, not always working that intense; Seung very much likes his work, and takes it easy most of the time, often humming a jolly tune as he writes. He loves writing so much that he sometimes writes poems in his breaks. These poems usually have a very odd nature and cryptic message – if they even have one.
Seung rarely rages, and when he does, it is in small outbreaks, and he quickly regains control of himself, embarrassed and apologetic about having lost it in the first place.
When it comes to humans, Seung does not literally hate them, but he is disappointed about what they have become, and the things they have destroyed. He misses the time where he could walk among them, but he carries the hope of that there are still a few good ones left out there.

History:
Seung was born as an imugi in 962 in the Gyeongpo Lake, South Korea. The first many years of his life, he spent most of his time sleeping in the lake, but as humans started to show, he blessed them with good luck in return for the gifts and treasures they brought to him. He learned to speak their language and write in han-geul, and often visited nearby cities disguised as a wise man.
Seung and the humans lived in harmony for a long time, but as their needs and number grew, Seung showed less and less of himself. In 1508, when the Gyeongpodae pavilion got relocated from the Worinsa Temple to the edge of his lake, Seung stopped his contact with the humans completely, displeased about them marking his territory as theirs with the pavilion.
He was, however, too kind to chase the humans away despite their greed and loosing faith. Instead, he kept himself hidden at the bottom of the lake, only coming out at night when nobody was around – which might have resulted in a few people spotting him.
Dragons rarely mingle with human affairs, neither did Seung during the Korean War – it only verified his suspicions about humans getting more corrupted.
His 1000th birthday came in spring, 1962; the year where he would become a true dragon. He caught a Yeouiju that fell from the sky, transformed and left his lake and treasures behind for good to seek a new home, far away from the humans and their world.
In his search, Seung heard other spirits talk about a time pocket; a sanctuary for their kin in Japan. Eventually, he found the bathhouse and was greeted by the witch like so many others before and after him.
Seung’s love for writing and order ensured him the job as the bathhouse’s accountant. That way, he isn’t so sad about his lost gifts, now that he takes care of a collective treasure.
Additional info:
~ Seung knows how to write in han-geul, hanja and the common spirit language.
~ Since he has six limbs, Seung can write with both his first and second pair of hands, so that he can switch between them and avoid overuse.
~ He smells mildly of cloves.
~ Seung's speech pattern often contains rhetorical pauses.
